Ibex in Ancient Greece was the symbol of energy, vitality, long life and fertility. In Greek mythology Zeus was reared on Crete by the goat Amalthea whom he then, in gratitude for its care, turned into the constellation Capricorn.  

All our bronze items, are cast in Greece, using the traditional 'lost wax' method. As nothing is mass-produced, there will inevitably be slight variations in patination and coloring. Each piece is, therefore, unique.
