Hebe was the goddess of youth and the cupbearer of the gods who served ambrosia at the heavenly feast. She was also the patron goddess of the young bride and an attendant of the goddess Aphrodite. Among the Greek Gods, Hebe is one that most of us could fall in love with. The fair-skinned and youthful looking God is appropriately the God of youthfulness. She is a daughter of Zeus and Hera. While many have searched for the Fountain of Youth for many centuries, the Greeks would have believed that achieving youth could be accomplished by a blessing from Hebe. She was said to have the power to restore youthfulness in general.
